How to find greater peace, energy and joy…

Posted by Administrator | 18 April 2011

Quality and success in life are determined by the state of our mind. Under stress and pressure, the mind often vacillates between regretting the past and worrying about the future.
The Art of Living Course is a practical course of experience and knowledge designed to develop the full potential of life. It empowers us to be more centred and focused, introducing powerful tools that enable us to function more fully in the present moment.
Enjoyed by people of all backgrounds and traditions, the course is based on the ancient knowledge of the art of living and the healing power of the breath, adapted to the needs of modern life. It offers practical tools to eliminate stress and awaken our innate potential to heal ourselves. The techniques and tools learned bring greater peace, energy, awareness, and joy to daily life.

Formula 1 fun at Liverpool ONE!

Posted by Administrator | 7 April 2011

Formula One Events will be holding a 7 day events across the Easter and May Bank Holiday period to introduce their replica car to the people of Liverpool. The car is a genuine size Formula One Race-car but instead of an engine it has built in simulator software so that members of the public can experience what its like to drive an F1 car for themselves.

The race software allows the driver to drive on any Formula One race track in the world and feel the drama and excitement first hand.........it’s so realistic that the F1 drivers use it to practice on out of season.

The car will be sited in the South John area of Liverpool ONE on the 23rd, 25th,26th, 27th, 28th and 30th of April and the 1st of May and we will be offering 3 laps for £10.

Spaces will be strictly limited and there will be prizes for the fastest lap of the week. The car is spectacular to look at and if you have never seen a real F1car up close and personal then don’t miss this opportunity to see it whilst it’s on show to the public for FREE.

If you wish to book your space call Neil on 07792625369, email us at formulaoneevents@aol.com or check out the website www.formulaoneevents.com
